HOW DO I SEND MY DEVICE IN FOR REPAIR?

WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER?

Our 365 Day warranty covers all parts and services we carry out. It does not cover accidental damage or faults unrelated to our repairs, or costs of returning the device to our facility.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SERVICE?

Yes, we have customers all over the world, and offer international delivery, although prices for international delivery may vary. Due to international postage costs, we can often accept just the motherboard for repair rather than the full device. Its safest to get in contact with us directly to discuss your requirements and provide a postage quote.

CAN I RECLAIM VAT?

Yes, ALB Repairs is a VAT registered company. (VAT No. GB 299864713). We charge 20% VAT on all repairs and adhere to the VAT Margin Scheme on most products sold.

WHAT POSTAGE SERVICES DO YOU USE?

We use DHL as our courier. Your device will be sent with insurance for next day delivery, ensuring your device arrives back to you quickly and safely.

WHAT IF YOU CAN’T REPAIR MY DEVICE?

All of our repairs are no fix no fee, so if we can’t repair your device we will notify you and all we ask is payment for return postage. Unlike other companies, we will never charge for our time on a device if we can not repair it.
