Step One

Submit a Service Request

Please fill out the form in detail ensuring all information is accurate.

Once we receive your submission, we will send you an email with your repair ticket number, and further information relative to your request.

Step Two

Package your device with our paperwork

Securely package your device with bubble wrap in a firm box, taking care to label each device with it’s log number (e.g. #3652).

Step Three

Dispatch the item to our facility

You are now free to send your device at your own convenience using a courier of your own choice, we recommend insuring your device and using a signed for service.

Step Four

Await an evaluation

We will aim to provide you with a report within just over a week, but some services may take longer. We will do our best to keep you updated as things progress.

Step Five

Payment

Once the work has been completed we will issue an invoice for the service and return postage costs.

Step Six

Await your device

Once paid we will return your device on the next working day.
