CAN I DROP MY DEVICE OFF IN PERSON?
If you are local or would prefer not to post your device, you are free to drop it off at our Newton Abbot workshop. Our address is as follows:

We are open Monday to Friday 10am-5pm, so drop in!
CAN I PAY BY CARD?
Yes, we accept card payments and Paypal or Bank Transfer.
WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER?
Our 365 Day warranty covers all parts and and services we carry out. It does not cover accidental damage or faults unrelated to our repairs, or costs of returning the device to our facility.
CAN I RECLAIM VAT?
Yes, ALB Repairs is a VAT registered company. (VAT No. GB 299864713). We charge 20% VAT on all repairs and adhere to the VAT Margin Scheme on most products sold.
WHAT IF YOU CAN’T REPAIR MY DEVICE?
All of our repairs are no fix no fee, so if we can’t repair your device we will notify you and all we ask is payment for return postage. Unlike other companies, we will never charge for our time on a device if we can not repair it.
